My name is Tri (pronounced like Tree), and I am the one-man band that is Crack King. I started this business because I was frustrated and burned out working for the big autoglass corp. I saw the limitations in their tools and methods. Basically, they had a one size fits all system which is great for repeatable results and robots, except cars are extremely variable and we are humans, not machines. Unlike some of my peers, I really enjoyed chip repairs over glass replacements because each one is unique and results depend a lot on the technician. I always strive for excellence, even if it takes a bit longer.

I am a long-time car enthusiast, musician and armchair philosopher.
